BOSASO (KAAB TV) – Armed men have reportedly abducted Yusuf Dheere, the manager of Amal Money Transfer, on Tuesday morning in the town of Qardho, Puntland State.
The incident follows another kidnapping last night in the port town of Bosaso, where a construction engineer working on the Bosaso Airport upgrade was abducted by an armed group.
It remains unclear if the two incidents are connected.
Puntland police have yet to comment on either case.
